Yes — dogs are welcome Leashed dogs welcome on carriage roads and most trails, maximum 6-foot leash. A handful of steep ladder trails and the swimming beaches are closed to them.

One of the most dog-welcoming national parks there is: 45 miles of crushed-stone carriage road with no cars on them, plus 100 miles of hiking trail, granite coast and Cadillac Mountain.
