Leashed in the park, as Singapore law requires in public places; off leash in the dog runs, whose lights go off at 10.30pm. Dogs must be vaccinated, free of open wounds, sterilised or not in heat, and supervised, and Specified breeds muzzled. The park is open 24 hours.
