Off-leash under voice control inside the dog park and its beach. Everywhere else in Fort De Soto dogs stay leashed, and they are off the main beaches, the observation towers and the boardwalks entirely.
Two fenced acres for large and small dogs, and — through the gate at the southwest corner — the one stretch of Pinellas County beach a dog is allowed on.
