We answer in a day or two. Telling us your phone and what you were doing when it went wrong saves a round trip.
Open WagOn, go to your profile, then Your profile and settings, and choose Delete account at the bottom. It removes your walks, your dogs and your account itself, and it cannot be undone. If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
Walks are saved on the phone first and sent up afterwards, so a walk recorded with no signal appears once you are back online. If a walk is missing after that, or the distance looks wrong, email [email protected] with the day and roughly the time and we can look at what the app actually recorded.
Distance is credited from how fast you were moving, so a stretch covered at driving or cycling speed is not counted. That is on purpose: the zones and the leaderboards only mean anything if everybody is walking. If you think a walk was judged wrongly, you can appeal it from the walk itself.
The map is divided into blocks. Walk through one and you start building a claim on it; walk it more than anyone else and your dog becomes its Mayor. It is the game part of WagOn and it costs nothing to play.
They are what walks pay out, and they buy things inside WagOn. They cannot be exchanged for cash, products or discounts, and they never will be.
Open the place and use the report option at the bottom. It takes a reason and nothing else, and a person reads it.
Email [email protected] with the name. Businesses are added and corrected by hand, so a shop that has closed or stopped welcoming dogs is worth telling us about and we can fix it the same day.
Email [email protected] with the name and address. Businesses are added by hand after somebody has been, which is the whole point of them being there.
Our privacy policy covers what WagOn records and what it does with it. Legal questions go to [email protected].
